Our chef manager is Ian, supported by a second chef two days per week.

Lunch is served from 12:30pm in the Bistro and consists of an up to four course meal booked in advance. You may also choose from an “on the day” shorter menu.

 Tea, coffee and biscuits are always on hand in the lounge where you can help yourself. There is a full list of menus and order forms online that you may print and submit to the administrator. (See TRC, Communal Facilities, Bistro)

Hospitality is also available, should you wish to organise an event or family get together. The Bistro is otherwise normally closed by 3pm.  Last orders are at 2:45pm.
